Advised on an acquisition of a distressed construction company as part of a debt restructuring process. JKLC assisted in negotiations and advised a white knight in its acquisition of an entire distressed construction group for $1. The White Knight then pumped in additional capital to help the distressed construction company complete its 3 existing substantial projects. JKLC prepared the sale and purchase agreements, trust agreements to hold shares of a subsidiary on behalf of the original shareholders of the distressed company.
